How to Log In As a Provider

Anyone can view the New Hampshire MMIS Health Enterprise Portal Welcome and public pages. As a registered provider or trading partner you log in to New Hampshire MMIS Health Enterprise Portal as a provider.

If you do not have a user ID and password, you must register. If your practice or group has registered, then you need to contact your Organization Administrator to issue a user ID.

If you attempt to log in multiple times with an invalid password, your user account becomes locked. Only an Organization Administrator or Enterprise Administrator can unlock your account.

Logging into the New Hampshire MMIS Health Enterprise Portal requires the provider to enter a captcha code (characters displayed in a picture format). It is used to verify the entered user ID and password before the provider is authenticated.

To log into the New Hampshire MMIS Health Enterprise Portal

1. On the public Welcome page, in the Sign in pod at bottom right, click Providers.

2. On the Provider Login page, in the Login panel, do the following:

   1. Enter your User ID. See image

      

   2. Enter your Password. See image

      

      Tip: Your user ID is the one assigned to you when you registered or the one that your Organization Administrator assigned to you. If you forget your user ID and password, contact your Organization Administrator to reset your password.

      Caution: Do not save your NH MMIS password even if prompted by your internet browser.

   3. Enter the displayed Captcha Code.

      Tip: If you are having difficulty identifying the characters that are displayed, you can request a new Captcha phrase by hitting the double arrow button or by reading it aloud by pressing the audio speaker button, or by pressing the question mark button.

3. Click Login.

   The provider Home page for your login is displayed.

Note: If your New Hampshire MMIS Health Enterprise Portal session times out automatically, you can repeat these steps to log in again.
